Ms. Deady has served as our Chief Merchandising Officer since January 2024. Prior to joining Lulus, she held several senior leadership roles in buying and merchandising, including Senior Managing Director of Buying and Merchandising at Urban Outfitters, Senior Director of Merchandising at Michael Kors and Fashion Director at Macy’s.
She holds various degrees from Parsons the New School for Design, The London College of Fashion and The University of Rhode Island, where she focused on extensive studies in Fashion Merchandising, Design and Marketing.
